The Cold Chain Equipment Optimization Project (CCEOP)
BLL implements CCEOP II and CCEOP III on behalf of different project partners.
- As the local service provider for CCEOP II, BLL partnered with the international manufacturer Haier Biomedical Company Ltd to supply, install and commission 996 Cold Chain Equipment in 135 districts across the country.
- Upon the successful completion of CCEOP II, BLL was awarded the contract to manage CCEOP III (https://observer.ug/businessnews/72586-cold-chain-equipment-optimization-project)
- Under CCEOP III BLL will provide warehousing, distribution, installation and commissioning of 1,435 vaccine refrigerators in over 130 districts.
- For both projects, Beyond Logistics manages the project in-country by handling all related logistics and providing technical services for project maximization.
